Cancellation Policy

• Bookings cancelled 14 to 30 days prior to arrival - 50% cancellation fee.


• Bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival - cancellation fee would be 100% of total reservation.


• No show on day of arrival will realize a 100% cancellation fee.


• These cancellation fees are subject to the room/s being otherwise sold for the period initially booked i.e. any nights sold would be deducted from cancellation fee.

Conditions of Residence

I/We hereby agree that it is a condition of my/our occupation of the Head South Boutique Hotel premises that the owner shall not be responsible for any accident or bodily injury to any person or loss or damage to any property brought by me/us upon the premises whether arising from fire, theft or from any other causes and by whom so ever caused or arising from the negligence (gross or otherwise) or wrongful act of any person in the employ of the owner. I/We, whether or not I/we occupy rooms in the Head South Boutique Hotel premises, am/are deemed to contract with the owner on this basis. Further, I/we hereby contract to pay for accommodation in the Head South Boutique Hotel at the prescribed tariff or such amount as otherwise agreed upon with the Management of the Head South Boutique Hotel.
